Single Account

db336 offers new players a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳16,000 or more gives the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, resulting in a total balance of ৳31,000.

Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific validity period.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirement is met are withdrawable.
• Each player may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming a bonus.

Weekly cashback rates increase as you advance to higher tiers: up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.3% at Silver, up to 0.5% at Gold, up to 0.6% at Platinum, and up to 0.8% at Diamond. db336 reserves the right to change VIP tier benefits and terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

General Gaming Terms

The following general rules always apply when placing bets on the db336 platform:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled (except where the "Cash Out" option applies on specific sporting events).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, db336 reserves the right to refund the bet where applicable.
• The game provider's server records are considered final — screenshots or device records from the user will not take precedence.
• If an unusual result occurs due to a software error or display issue, db336 reserves the right to void that round.

Sports Betting

12. Account Suspension & Closure
